Flights, meals and accommodation: what an entertainer contract really covers
You’ve found the destination, you’ve read the role, you’ve already pictured yourself there. And then a very practical thought arrives: wait a second — who pays for the flight?
Good news: it’s exactly the right question, and with us the answer is short. We do. Here’s everything else we take care of, one item at a time.
All our seasonal contracts at Pink Wave cover return flights, accommodation, meals, insurance and one day off per week. Selection and training are completely free, the salary is paid monthly into your bank account, and every condition is written into your contract before you leave. Seasons run 4 to 6 months, usually April to October.
What we cover, item by item
This is the whole package. Not a list of options, not something that changes from candidate to candidate: it’s what every entertainer who leaves with us finds in their contract.

What stays on you is the fun stuff: souvenirs, an excursion on your day off, the coffee you’ll definitely buy at the airport. Everything you need to live and work during the season is on us.
Why we cover flights, meals and accommodation
Because a season shouldn’t be a financial gamble at twenty-two. If you had to pay for a flight, a room and food before earning your first month’s salary, this job would only be for people who already have savings — and that’s not the team we want to build.
There’s a second reason, just as important: we’re a Swiss company, and in Switzerland what you promise is what you sign. Putting the whole package in writing isn’t a marketing choice for us, it’s simply how we’re set up to work.
What you’ll find written in your contract
When we send you a contract, these are the points you can read in black and white before saying yes:
- The flights: out and back, taken care of by us.
- Where you’ll live: staff accommodation, for the entire season.
- Your meals: at the resort, every day of your contract.
- Your salary: the net monthly figure, paid into your bank account. Nothing is deducted for your room or your food.
- Your time: the exact length of the season and your weekly day off.
And if anything isn’t clear, ask us before signing. Honestly, it’s one of our favourite conversations to have with a candidate!
How long we cover you: our seasons
Our contracts run 4 to 6 months. The summer season goes roughly from April to October, and we also run winter seasons on a shorter calendar.
Everything above applies for the whole length of your contract, from your outbound flight to your flight home. A longer season simply means more months with your flights, room and meals taken care of — and more experience behind you when we talk about the next one.
Questions we get asked most
Does Pink Wave pay for flights, meals and accommodation? Yes. All our seasonal contracts cover return flights, staff accommodation, meals at the resort, insurance and one day off per week. Every condition is written into the contract before departure, so you know exactly what’s included before you say yes.
Is the cost of accommodation deducted from the salary? No. With us, accommodation and meals are provided on top of your net salary, never taken out of it. Your contract states the net monthly figure you’ll receive, paid into your bank account, and nothing is subtracted from it for your room or your food.
How long does a season with Pink Wave last? Our seasonal contracts last between 4 and 6 months. The summer season runs approximately from April to October, and we also offer winter seasons on a shorter calendar. Everything included in your contract is covered for its full duration.
Do I have to pay anything to be selected? No. Selection and training with Pink Wave are completely free. You never pay us anything to join a casting, to be trained or to be hired — and no candidate should ever pay a company to be given a job.

Our advice
Read your contract with the same excitement you use for the photos of the resort. It takes ten minutes, and those ten minutes are what let you enjoy the other four months without a single practical worry in your head.

Tutti i nostri contratti stagionali Pink Wave comprendono volo A/R, alloggio, vitto, assicurazione e un giorno libero a settimana. Selezione e formazione sono completamente gratuite, lo stipendio è versato ogni mese sul tuo conto corrente e ogni condizione è scritta nel contratto prima della partenza. Le stagioni durano 4-6 mesi, di solito da aprile a ottobre.

Quello che resta a te è la parte divertente: i souvenir, un’escursione nel tuo giorno libero, il caffè che ti prenderai sicuramente in aeroporto. Tutto ciò che ti serve per vivere e lavorare durante la stagione lo mettiamo noi.
Perché copriamo volo, vitto e alloggio
Perché una stagione non dovrebbe essere una scommessa economica a ventidue anni. Se dovessi pagarti volo, camera e pasti prima ancora di ricevere il primo stipendio, questo lavoro sarebbe solo per chi ha già dei risparmi da parte — e non è la squadra che vogliamo costruire.
C’è una seconda ragione, altrettanto importante: siamo una società svizzera, e in Svizzera quello che prometti è quello che firmi. Mettere tutto il pacchetto per iscritto non è una scelta di marketing: è semplicemente il modo in cui siamo fatti.
Cosa troverai scritto nel tuo contratto
Quando ti mandiamo un contratto, questi sono i punti che puoi leggere nero su bianco prima di dire di sì:
- I voli: andata e ritorno, a carico nostro.
- Dove vivrai: alloggio per lo staff, per tutta la stagione.
- I tuoi pasti: in struttura, tutti i giorni del contratto.
- Il tuo stipendio: la cifra netta mensile, versata sul tuo conto corrente. Non viene trattenuto nulla per la camera o per i pasti.
- Il tuo tempo: la durata esatta della stagione e il tuo giorno libero settimanale.
E se qualcosa non ti è chiaro, chiedicelo prima di firmare. Sinceramente, è una delle conversazioni che ci piace di più fare con un candidato!
Per quanto tempo sei coperto: le nostre stagioni
I nostri contratti durano 4-6 mesi. La stagione estiva va all’incirca da aprile a ottobre, e organizziamo anche stagioni invernali su un calendario più corto.
Tutto quello che hai letto qui sopra vale per l’intera durata del contratto, dal volo di andata a quello di ritorno. Una stagione più lunga significa semplicemente più mesi con volo, camera e pasti coperti — e più esperienza alle spalle quando parleremo della prossima.
Le domande che ci fanno più spesso
Pink Wave paga volo, vitto e alloggio? Sì. Tutti i nostri contratti stagionali comprendono volo A/R, alloggio per lo staff, pasti in struttura, assicurazione e un giorno libero a settimana. Ogni condizione è scritta nel contratto prima della partenza, così sai esattamente cosa è compreso prima di dire di sì.
Il costo dell’alloggio viene trattenuto dallo stipendio? No. Con noi alloggio e pasti sono in aggiunta al tuo stipendio netto, mai sottratti da esso. Il contratto indica la cifra netta mensile che riceverai, versata sul tuo conto corrente, e non viene trattenuto nulla per la camera o per il vitto.
Quanto dura una stagione con Pink Wave? I nostri contratti stagionali durano tra i 4 e i 6 mesi. La stagione estiva va all’incirca da aprile a ottobre, e proponiamo anche stagioni invernali su un calendario più breve. Tutto ciò che è compreso nel contratto è coperto per l’intera durata.
Devo pagare qualcosa per essere selezionato? No. Selezione e formazione con Pink Wave sono completamente gratuite. Non ci paghi mai nulla per partecipare a un casting, per essere formato o per essere assunto — e nessun candidato dovrebbe mai pagare una società per ottenere un lavoro.
Il nostro consiglio
Leggi il tuo contratto con lo stesso entusiasmo con cui guardi le foto del resort. Ci vogliono dieci minuti, e sono proprio quei dieci minuti a permetterti di goderti gli altri quattro mesi senza un solo pensiero pratico in testa.
Adesso sai esattamente come funzionano volo, vitto e alloggio con noi, cosa troverai scritto nel tuo contratto e com’è organizzata la nostra stagione 2027. Se qualcosa non ti è ancora chiaro, chiedicelo — e quando ti senti pronto puoi candidarti come animatore in pochi minuti.
