Most positions are located in resorts, holiday villages and international hotels situated in popular seaside destinations.

We recruit for different departments depending on the candidate’s profile and experience.
Kids' Club / Junior Club
The kids club is the department that handles entertainment for children and teenagers aged 4 to 18. The department is divided into:
–mini: children between 4 and 7 years old;
–maxi: children from 8 to 12 years old;
–junior: teenagers between 13 and 18 years old.
Here you don’t just accompany children: you inspire them, motivate them, make them shine.
The goal? To give children and teenagers a true holiday experience, full of smiles, discovery and fun, a place where they can always be themselves.
Fitness
The Fitness department brings energy, wellbeing and a positive atmosphere to the resort, turning physical exercise into a light and rewarding experience.
You lead activities with professionalism, but also with that touch of fun and spontaneity that makes guests feel welcome and at their own pace.
The goal?
To help guests switch off, breathe in fresh energy and give them a moment that is entirely their own: relaxing, rejuvenating and full of positive feelings.
Sport
The Sport department brings movement, dynamism and team spirit to the resort, turning physical activity into an opportunity for connection and fun.
You lead tournaments, games and light-hearted challenges naturally, engaging everyone without pressure: here it’s not about winning, but enjoying time together. Every activity becomes a moment of shared energy and good vibes.
The goal?
To make guests feel part of the game, giving them an active, inclusive and surprisingly carefree experience.
Dj
The DJ department brings rhythm, atmosphere and positive vibes to every moment of the day, turning music into pure emotion.
You accompany shows and daily activities by choosing the right mood, reading the energy of the crowd and creating moments that bring people together. Your music becomes the thread that connects evenings, activities and emotions.
The goal?
To create an atmosphere that stays with you: a smile, a memory, a song that becomes “their holiday”.
Team Leader
The Team Leader brings direction, balance and inspiration within the group, turning a collection of people into a real team.
You guide, listen, coordinate. You set the pace of the day, support every role and create an environment where everyone feels valued. Your presence makes everything smoother and more harmonious, both for guests and for the team.

To make everything work effortlessly, ensuring an experience that is as beautiful to live as it is to remember.
Special Roles
The Special Roles bring talent, expertise and advanced professionalism to the resort, turning certain activities into moments of superior quality.
Whether you are a singer, dancer, choreographer, performer, biologist or certified instructor, your role adds depth and value to the guests’ experience. Your talent is not just a skill: it is a gift you share.
